The HZM Power (“Controller,” “we,” “us,” etc.) is the source of power for the service for managing to hire and streamlining the employment process (the “Service”). It is crucial that the individuals utilising the service (referred to as “Users”) feel secure with and know how we manage Users’ personal data during the hiring process. We make an effort to uphold the highest level of personal data privacy. We monitor, use, and safeguard user’s personal information in compliance with this privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”).

General

In compliance with current privacy laws, we are the controller. The processing of the Users’ personal data is done to facilitate and manage staff hiring for our company.

Collection of Personal Data

We are in charge of processing any personal information that Users provide to the service or that we otherwise get in connection with the service.

When and how we collect personal data

We collect personal data about Users from Users when Users:
• use the Service to connect with our staff, adding personal information about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source like Facebook or LinkedIn;

• apply for the Service or another means, adding personal information about themselves or using a third-party source like Facebook or LinkedIn.

• offers personally identifiable information in the chat (offered through the website that utilises the Service), and that information is pertinent to the application process;
We obtain information from third parties, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other open sources. This process, called “sourcing,” can be carried either manually by our workers or automatically by the Service.

In some circumstances, current workers can recommend potential candidates. Such staff will supplement such applicants’ personal information. In these circumstances, the prospective applicant is regarded as a User for purposes of this privacy statement and will be informed of the processing.

The types of personal data collected and processed

Names, emails, pictures, videos, information from Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, responses to questions from the recruiting process, titles, educational background, and other details that the User or others have provided through the Service are examples of the types of personal data that can be collected through the Service and used to identify natural persons. Only information that is pertinent to the hiring process is gathered and processed.

Purpose and lawfulness of processing

The gathering and processing of personal data are done to administer hiring. Our legitimate interest in the lawfulness of personal processing data is to streamline and expedite recruiting.
Every time personal data is handled for market research or aggregated analysis, it is rendered anonymous. Such personal information cannot be utilised to pinpoint a specific User. This means that such information is not personal data.

The consent of the data subject

The User agrees to process his or her personal information to hire by the Controller. The User agrees that personal data may be collected through the Service when Users:

• submit an application through the Service, adding personal information about themselves either directly or through the use of a third-party source, such as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that Controller may use external sourcing-tools to add additional information; and

• use the Service to connect to the Controller’s recruitment department, adding personal information about themselves either directly or through a third-party source, such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
The User agrees that the Controller may gather information about the User that is readily accessible to the public and combine it for employment-related reasons.

The User agrees that the personal data obtained in accordance with the above clauses (a) and (b) will be processed in accordance with the clauses (storage and transfer and length of processing) below.
The User can revoke their permission at any time by getting in touch with the controller using the information provided under 9. However, exercising this privilege can prevent the User from using the Service or applying for a particular job.

Storage and transfers

The personal information gathered through the Service is stored and processed within HZM Power. We will not transfer the information to third parties without an adequate level of protection, to suppliers who process the information by legally enforceable contracts (such as the Privacy Shield), or to other suppliers where adequate protections are in place to protect the rights of the individuals whose data is processed. Users’ rights

Users have the right to request information about the personal data we process by notifying them in writing. Please contact us using infopolicy@hzmpower.com. Users have the right to one (1) copy of the processed personal data which belongs to them without any charge. For further demanded copies, Controller has a right to charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs for such demand.

Users have the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning that User via a written request if necessary. Please contact us using infopolicy@hzmpower.com.

The User has the right to demand deletion or restriction of processing and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest under certain circumstances.

The User has the right to revoke any consent to processing given by the User to Controller. Using this right may, however, mean that the User can not apply for a specific job or otherwise use the Service.

The User has under certain circumstances a right to data portability, which means a right to get personal data and transfer these to another controller as long as this does not negatively affect the rights and freedoms of others.

The user has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data relating to him or her if the User considers that the processing of personal data infringes the legal framework of privacy law.

Security

We prioritise maintaining individual integrity and take active steps to ensure that user’s personal information is handled with the highest care. We take the reasonably necessary steps to ensure that the personal data of Users and other individuals is treated securely, in compliance with this Privacy Statement and the regulations we mentioned in our Privacy Policy.

However, information transfers across the internet and mobile networks can never be done without risk. Therefore, each transfer is done at the risk of the person making it. It is crucial that Users assume accountability for protecting their data. It is the User’s duty to keep their login information private.

Transfer of personal data to third party

We do not sell or otherwise transmit Users’ personal information to outside parties.
To provide the Service, we may disclose Users’ Personal Data to the following parties: • our contractors and subcontractors, acting as our Processors and Sub-Processors by our instructions; • authorities or legal advisors in cases where criminal or improper behaviour is suspected; and • authorities, legal advisors or other actors, as required by law or official order.

We cooperate with the following categories of processors of personal data; Easy Marketing Ltd, which supplies the Service, server and hosting companies; e-mail reference companies, video processing companies, information-sourcing companies, analytical service companies and other companies regarding supplying the Service.

Aggregated data (non-identifiable personal data)

We may share aggregated data to third parties. The aggregated data has in such instances been compiled from information that has been collected through the Service and can, for example, consist of statistics of internet traffic or the geological location for the use of the Service. The aggregated data does not contain any information that can be used to identify individuals and is thus not personal data.

Cookies may be used to store user data when Users use the Service. When a user accesses the Service using a computer, mobile phone, or tablet, passive text files known as cookies are saved in the internet browser.
